Learn the basics of hand sewing a garment using traditional and modern methods to create a versatile and adjustable drawstring gathered skirt (with optional pockets!).
Alexis will also teach you how to draft your skirt based on your unique measurements. If you always wanted to take a break from your sewing machine, learn how to hand-sew a garment or practice your craft more mindfully, this workshop is for you!

2 yards of fabric (fabrics 5oz or lighter are recommended)

Alexis will provide a hand-sewing kit with snips, needles, beeswax, pins, a wrist pin cushion, and a seam gauge.
